Who do I contact if I am not satisfied about my policy or the service?

We hope that we always provide our customers with the best care. But if you are unhappy with anything, please feel free to contact us and we will do our upmost to get it right.

A copy of our complaints procedure are available on request. You may be able to refer a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) if you are unhappy with how we deal with a complaint. The FOS website is financialombudsman.org.uk
