How to make a complaint

We aim to provide all our customers with the best possible service. However, if you are unhappy with any aspect of your policy or the service you have received, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your concerns promptly.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your complaint, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge.
